The Capital: Urban Mandate is a competitive turn-based city strategy game about planning, growth and the consequences of every decision.

Each round runs through political, building, tourism, executive and administrative phases. Players bid for Initiative, draft projects from a shared market, place them so neighbors react to each other and spend Energy and Tourists on activations. Prosperities, landmark projects with their own rules, can pull a strategy in a new direction.

The goal is not the biggest city but the one that works: Happiness at the end of the mandate decides the winner.
